it fit on my air conditioner hose nicely - I have a frigidare. i have a smaller window and had to improvise using the main section of board with the vent hole and a piece of wood because any 2 peices of the pvc boards would be too wide for my window. The vent hole of the board would be better if the hole was bigger - like twice the size. that frifgidare airconditioner puts out a lot of hot air and the whole coil tube gets hot, i'm not sure if the small vent hole is the cause because my coil fits the specified dimension of 5.1 to 5.9 inches at 5.5 inhches. AT least now I am able to run the air conditioner but it seems like the hot coil is heating the room while the airconditioner is cooling it. I cant get the temperature under 85/86 degrees in the room. it is 100 outside, tonight it is in the 80s and still at 85 in the apartment. So it would seem that the vent hole in this kit is probably half the size it should be - its probaly just too darn small. I guess it was good in an emergency heat wave but if I had time to search Id want to find a set that has a bigger vent hole for sure.....

These barely fit our window and had to get creative with the design. The included rubber strip is a bit difficult to deal with but others don't come with that and its a nice addition, helps keep the room regulated better and keeps bugs from getting in through the edges a lot. I don't love it but it works good enough for 4 stars.I wish they had a better design to allow for more divers amounts of windows. The sliding track with a thumb screw thing just isn't that great to work with.Would recommend though, good enough for what we need it for.

Product arrived promptly and was fairly easy to install. circular filter could be a little better, but it's not actually necessary and the necessary parts were sturdy. It came with clear silicon sealing tape to secure edges also.

It came with missing parts and the ones that did come are very flimsy and hard to use.

Wouldn't fit in window wasn't able to get hose in it but I made it work doubled it up

easy to put together and the insert will be most helpful (birds built a nest in the old one!)

This product is only ~3 1/4 inches vs the traditional size of~6 1/4 inches. Because of the smaller size it won’t fit into the window channel with enough offset to install the vent. You will have to use window insulation to fill in the gap. The vent they supplied is of course to small (note the larger vent used for my Midea) Lots of ancillary work required.Not a good product.
