Electric Fly Swatter, Retractable Bug Zapper Indoor, Electronic Insect Killer, Flying Insect Killer, Insect Trap Racket for Travel (2AA NOT Include)

So I have a pretty decent mosquito problem (invasive asian tiger mosquitos). Swing this around some of the bushes and you just hear crack and pop as they all get zapped. This is way better than a standard bug zapper as it lets you be selective and only kill the mosquitoes and other biting insects.The label say 2300V, it's basically a tiny bug taser, a net in the middle and two on the outside, when something touches both it gets zapped, and it works very well with small flying insects, they don't dodge the racket much.Only Con is my toddler wants to try, and it's basically a taser, not for kids, I'm sure if you poke it you can get a decent shock.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and haven't really used it till now. He used it for 3 days and it just stopped working. We changed batteries and still nothing. We loved it when it worked but now it's bug season and we have to buy a new one.Edited: Seller reached out and offered a refund. I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

I used to have a plastic flimsy fly swatter but it broke. This one is way better because it can zap the bugs. It kills them at first contact. So you don’t have to hit the bugs very hard to kill them. Also, I like that it can bend to fit hard to reach areas. It’s much easier to reach bugs in small corners or on the ceiling. Overall, very good fly swatter.

The changeable orientation of the racket is a very useful implementation. The quality of the product seem fairly good or I might say good enough. I feel like I should not be at all rough with it, which is why it lost a star in this review. Overall, I'm glad I bought it because there are times when a bug is in a place where I cannot get to it with the usual zappers.

The protective grill on both sides of the actual electrically hot zapper portion are too far apart, making this swatter very ineffective at actually "swatting" bugs that are flying. Many times, the bug just gets pushed away by the protective part and never gets close enough to get zapped. Even when using the swatter to trap the fly or mosquito against a window, for example, the bug might not actually get shocked. And when it does get zapped, the power seems to be so weak that flies and mosquitoes aren't even killed, just stunned. Half the time when we do get a zap the bug flies right off again.

It works as it’s supposed to, but I find it to be kind of flimsy because of the hinge. It locks in and is probably fine, but I think I prefer the ones that can’t bend

We use it every day for mosquitos and it works great. The long retractable arm allows us to get all the fruit flys that like to hang on the ceiling. My kids have used it and have never been injured by it.

I must have received a defective version of the product since it did not work out of the box. I placed my AA batteries in it and pressed the power button but all it did was turn on the power light. The zapper doesn't work. I tried touching it with my other hand and still there was not zap at all and no noise when allegedly powered on.
