Is this ok to use on Propane bottles? I want to run the pipe under my garden path.

No, it is not suitable. For normal use you need propane/butane gas hose which conforms to EN16436 class 2. But even that is not suitable for under ground use. You really need to speak to a gas engineer for advice on running gas under ground.
