I liked how this pillow helped me to sleep. It cut the pain down so I could get comfortable.

It is very flat and shortens up when in a pillow case. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a firmer pillow, this one is too soft. And the girl in the picture must be 3 feet tall, I'm 5'-7" and it's definitely shorter than the image given.
