Is there somewhere to order the adhesive for the wall?

This particular Holder is designed to sit on a washstand surface .It does not have enough surface to hold it on the wall ,using an adhesive of any type . Also ,the bottom of this holder is an open grid ,which allows any drips from rinse dung a toothbrush to hit the washstand surface .So an adhesive wall mount would lead to water stains on the wall the holder woukd be mounted do .

Will this hold reusable plastic straws, or will they fall through the bottom wires?

It should hold them and not fall through. Unless they are very thin thi will hold them.

Does the small size fit electric toothbrushes?

The toothbrush slots are too small for an electric toothbrush, but the the slot for the toothpaste would hold one.
