It’s IPA. packaging was fine. Amazon asked me to rate the “softness” of this IPA. It’s very soft, the softest IPA I have ever used. Love what amazon is doing with AI these days. super useful technology - I had never even considered how soft IPA could be!

Both Bottles shipped in same sealed box have same issues, black & white lid seal disintegrating , had to dispose of product, any contaminants are not suitable for application. I advise you open and inspect others from this lot before you sell it to someone else who has to pay to dispose of it as Haz-Mat and then buy more from another seller. Appears foam seal is not compatible with 99% Alcohol and should be changed to foil or something unaffected by 99% Alcohol.Sadly another black eye on American Made Products.
