Mighty Max Battery 12V 35AH Wilderness Tarpon 100 Kayak Trolling Motor Battery

I hunted far and wide for a battery for my trolling motor, and even made some purchases that didn’t work out. This is perfect! I highly recommend it for the ability to hold a charge, and its size. We put this in our canoe, and it works great.

This battery weighs in at a measly 20 pounds and is in between a motorcycle and regular battery in size. I am able to slide it in next to my seat and it is super tight so no need for a box of any kind. I also added a quick disconnect plug ($10 Walmart) so I am not messing with bolts just unplug and remove from kayak. This is being used on a sit in kayak with a 36 pound trolling Minn Kota that I cut to a 24 inch shaft the kayak is a Viper 10 ft from Menards and it has a blunt front end and going into current is hard to do but this battery allows me to do it on 5 till I get where I'm fishing and then on 2 out of current for About 2 1/2 hours but straight on 1-2 I get around 3 - 3 1/2 hours. this is a true kayak battery.

I use this on my feelfree lure 11.5 with 24 lb trolling motor . I have a pwm controller that I use to slow down my trolling motor for trolling . I have not had the battery die on me with over 6 hours of trolling . It has been doing great for almost a year now . I am going to buy a second one this year . Great value for the money , lightwieght and no complaints.

I bought this to use as a kayak battery for my Minn Kota 30 and it does the job. I'd say you could fish all day and not run out of juice as long as you aren't on highest setting of trolling motor all day long.

I bought this to power my Minn Kota Endura C2 30. when fully charged, this powered the Minn Kota for ~90 minutes running at full speed nonstop. After that there was significant slow down. Just wanted to give a clear answer to this question. This was in a large lake with no real current.

Great little battery,I use it with my Saturn 55lbs trolling motor on my kayak trophy 126 future beach,good power lots of juice,did troll fishing 4-5hours at a time,still have 40% juice left to come home with(note I only used 1st gear on troll fishing,some running around on 2nd and 3rd,very little on 4th and 5th) If you just want to buy it for fishing? There'll be no disappointment from this battery!

This battery does exactly as it should. I have not had a chance to run it dry while fishing yet, but it powers the motor just fine. Lighter than and full size battery and functions perfectly. This was the right choice for my tiny little boat. Would recommend it to anyone with a small electric motor!

So far, so good. I've only used it once so far, but it lasted for about a five hour fishing trip, running my 30lb thrust Minn Kota trolling motor intermittently. I only use it for powering my Outcast FishCat pontoon to areas that I want to fish, not for trolling over long periods, so I expect it to last a few seasons.

I swap it around from boat to lawn tractor.
