for any vitamins would be a multiplier for concentrate! here they don't say.....all I know is that when I feel something trying to get into me really strong it keeps it out! When you've spent 50 years sick all and I MEAN ALL WINTER and the last 2 years 1 I was healthy the entire winter and last year Sick 1 DAY! I can't argue between this and the chew-able tablets! They work for me I never thought I'd be healthy all winter.....for me October to the start of June! I'm sorry I can't give you any weights or amounts all I can say is write Nature Way
