Good product if it works for you.
I am having trouble with the pills, my stomach swells and is painful. I stop for a few days and try again but I am not sure it is right for me.

Works wonders
This has helped me no end I have had many tummy problems and this get everything back on track, I would just say don't touch the actually tablet as it has a aroma that stays on your hand so instead tip into the lid and out in your mouth from there I seen a difference in under a weak I had better energy levels and was sleeping much better with less trapped air in my tummy hope this helps as much has for me
