Perfect replacement for my JVC rear projection TV. I love this TV and this was a cheap fix to get it up and running again. I actually wish I had gotten two for when and if this bulb eventually burns out. It ALWAYS seems to happen right in the middle of a binge show!

Easy install other than how long bulb lasts about a 1/3 the time of the bulb that came with the unit. This bulb Lasted about 1 year that is about 1900 hrs.

After fifteen years of ordering lamps I finally gave up and got rid of the tv. As the years went by the quality of the lamps deteriorated and their life span became shorter and shorter. It didn't matter if you bought the cheapest or the most expensive, they were an inferior product. The original mistake was buying that model tv in the first place. Thank goodness I have a great new tv with no lamps required.

Package arrived with both clips broken off the housing that holds the threaded rod on the end opposite the one you would use the screwdriver on. Rather than go through the process of returning it to get another, I was able to disassemble the housing from the old bulb and use it for this new bulb. Once I put everything back together, the installation was very easy. Picture quality and brightness seem to be comparable to the former bulb. Disappointed that the product was shipped in the condition it was, as the packaging did not show any signs of damage. Need better quality control before shipping.

It was easy to install. The picture is not as bright as the ones that I bought before.
