Pull Down Kitchen Faucet with Sprayer,Commercial Single Handle Solid brass Brushed Nickel Kitchen Sink Faucet

I originally bought one of these faucets to replace one of thoes big box plastic faucets for our work kitchen. I knew I was taking a bit of a risk since it was so cheap and there were some negative reviews about it leaking but I decided to take a chance with the price. We've had this faucet in our work kitchen (60+ people) and I have had absolutely no problem with it. About a month after it was installed I decided to buy one for myself for my home. I didn't actually get it installed until last week. I have a unique, probably 100 year old cast iron sink that has 4 holes. The 4th hole was used for the sprayer. We had an old fashioned / farm house looking faucet that used the other 3 holes. I had to buy the deck hole cover that covers up the other two holes for this to work and I put a soap dispenser in the 4th hole. The plumber was impressed with the faucet right off and eventually I found out he and his boss thought it was a $300 faucet. We had a slight glitch in that it leaked through the deck hole cover after being installed but the plumber came back and filled the two holes underneath with silicone. So far it has not leaked and it's awesome. One of the unique things about this faucet is that you get so much more water pressure. Our old faucet, even though I loved the look of it, started dripping and the water pressure decreased over time, especially when you used the sprayer. I would recommend it....even if you're afraid it might leak it has a 3 year warranty...if it fails after three years you'll probably still be ahead because you'd be paying more for a piece of crap plastic faucet that looks horrible. My last faucet lasted 10+ years and I was sad to see it go but I couldn't fix the leak and the water pressure issue was seriously a PIA. The plumber that put it in my work kitchen asked where I got it because he wanted to get it for his house and I suspect the plumber that put it in my house was about to order it too. For the price, I would highly reccomend. I'm fully aware it might not last 10 years but I'm ok with that.

Everything worked great at first.....Got my faucet and installed immediately. To be honest, getting my old one out was harder than installing this thing. I was a little worried when I saw the recess that you have to attach the leads to the bottom of the faucet but worry not, because it apparently worked.The issue:Got it all connected and tested it, turning it on hot than cold than hot and basically turned all the knobs all the ways you can imagine. Hot worked and cold worked, everything worked... Then all of a sudden the hot side stopped. I confirmed hot was on and could flow from the wall. Checked for any kinks. Moved it all around and screwed with some more for good measure but still no hot. Any assistance or replacement would be much appreciated.Oh also I noticed some little bits of black rubber poking out of the handheld sprayer nozzle holes. Pulled some out and they appear to be trashy bits from the manufacturing process but who knows. I would run it through some cycles before I started cooking with what comes out of there. Just a heads up.

However if you are using a fiberglass sink DO NOT purchase this faucet. It is way too heavy for it. The more-than-adequate braided supply lines spoke well as to the quality of the faucet.Did have one concern at first - which line is Hot?Turned out to be a "whatever you choose"!I have a dispenser to the right an having the handle "classic" made things tight - turned it to the front, changed the h/c "cap" and hooked up line lines accordingly

I got this item faster then I expected, when I opened the box it was well packaged and I installed it myself and everything it came with was what I needed. Now my wife will be happy with it she can now wash dishes lol. I recommend this product especially for the price and the quality of it, only time will tell how long this product will hold. The first faucet I installed was somewhat but was all nickel polished with out rubber, the only difference is that this new one I got has rubber on the handle which I believe will be better to hold especially when using hot water for a long time at least it won't be quite so hot, last one was all metel.

We haven't tested the functionality but we love the look of the product. The product seem to be of great quality as well. I also appreciate how quickly the Ollypulse CS Team team responded to my inquiries and how efficiently they resolved everything!

I got this faucet for under $45. Somebody installed it and it leaked so they immediately returned it. To fix it cost me 30 cents for an O-ring and now it works perfectly. I love it and it just may be the best looking and functioning faucet I have ever seen in anybody's kitchen at anytime ever. Seriously!

This is a kitchen faucet so obviously this water is used for cooking . Water stopped flowing after a few days completely . Just stopped . Unscrewed the aerator and it was filled with white rubbery bits . Figuring this is something left from manufacturing we flushed the faucet put the aerator back in and continued using it . It has been building up again and again with a period of days in between with nothing . I thought it was finally over when I got some water for my iron today and white stuff was floating on top . So now the particles are so tiny that they will come right through the aerator into my pots . I need answers . I do not like to complain or return things but worried about our health I contacted the seller through Amazon and after a couple of emails they have offered to replace the faucet . I will update after we installed it . The faucet itself is beautiful and our water pressure has increased . I would like to add that the seller has replaced the Faucet and that we are very happy with Ollypulse , their quick response , customer service and service over all . So far , no more rubbery bits .
