However, if you have a medium to coarse hair texture, you may enjoy this product. I use this after washing my hair and apply it while my hair is still damp. I use it to seal in the moisture from the water. It's amazing for keeping my very coarse, dry hair moisturized. I also use a light hand. Even though I like the thicker consistency, you can't go overboard and slather this on. For those that purchase this and have a hard time getting it to wash out, I recommend a clarifying shampoo.
