Very loud and annoying… not something to keep on in the background for show with the noise

For starters, the product that you'll receive will not be the one on their picture! It is a cheaper version that doesn't work! In their product's picture it appears that the item is made entirely of wood, but only the base is and the rest is cheap plastic. In their item's description they said that the ball is accelerated by magnetism but that's not true since the ball is accelerated with a noisy spinning wheel inside the receiving base hole... It even come with metal parts that won't fit nor make any sense compared to the product's image. Check one of their videos here and you'll see that the guy in the video had to put away one of the metal pieces that holds the ramp because there's no way to install it in order to support that ramp and make this thing work... I'm sending mine back ASAP... Forgot to mention, that it took a little over a month for this product to arrive in a very poor packaging that bent the railings! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

The media could not be loaded.  Terrible product. Do not purchase. The videos of the operation you see on line are false and a lie.This machine requires a battery to run a small motor. You don't see this motor or battery in the photos or the videos. It is inside the bowl part of the machine inside the discharge hole. This small motor drives a gear that engages the ball and propels it into the launching chute. The problem is the battery powered motor is very poor in quality. The speed of the motor varies continuously resulting in either: 1 - The ball is thrown back into the bowl (correct operation) or 2 - The ball is overthrown and doesn't get back into the bowl (failed operation) or 3 - The ball never makes it back up the launching track and never returns to the bowl (failed operation). I would estimate conditions 2 and 3 occur approximately one-third of the time meaning one-third of the time the machine doesn't work. The longest I have seen it work for me is two balls in a row before a mis-launched ball.This company and Amazon should be embarrassed to sell such a terrible product. Shame on them for selling this and shame on me for buying it.

Like getting a cool toy for Christmas and finding it doesn't come with the batteries to run it. After a long wait to get the toy, this toy didn't come with the steel balls required to run it. It also requires a power cord to charge it but that wasn't provided either. very disappointing. I'll probably return it if I can't get the missing pieces.

It was a bugger to put together. Take your time and put the top part together first and it will go together faster. Also needs full charge

I am returning the item via UPS. This manufacturer is careless, and is not particular in what they ship to their customers.A picture of the unit (upside down on the base) and the wires that connect it to the base.The wires are all bent as shown (instead of being straight as in the ad) and the holes in the base was all scratched.They probably shipped me a previously used system instead of a new one, which is what I paid for.James

This is a block of wood with flimsy wires. For some reason the block of wood has electronics in it and a USB charger. Impulse buy. Resist the impulse. Not worth the price of mailing.

I received it, took a while but it doesn't work and there is no contact information on the product to contact someone and ask why. I feel ripped off!
