Smoking hot daddy needs a seriously skilled nanny to care for his adorable little bundle
Woowzers... These roommates just keep getting hotter and hotter, don't they? When Max's life gets turned upside down, he needs a crash course in baby care 101 fast. Smoking hot daddy needs a seriously skilled nanny to care for his adorable little bundle. Addison needs a "do-over". A fresh start to get her life back on track. She answers the ad, sparks fly and there's no denying the appreciation Max wants to show Addison.First off, hot construction company owner and a baby. YES PLEASE!! This man may be closed off to love because of a crash and burn relationship, but thats where the heat starts to turn up. He needs something he just can't quite put his finger on. Maybe an itch that needs to be scratched? All Max know is that as soon as Addison steps into his house for her interview, he knows. He just knows there is something more to the girl standing in front of him. She senses a pull toward this man and allows herself to fall complexly in love with his baby. She's hiding a past that may drive him away, but he wants her future right there with him. This book was adorably sweet and sexy. Hot builder and sexy nanny equals TOTALLY FORBIDDEN YUMMINESS! These two could dance a tango around their feelings and still would have ended up together somehow because the pull was to great. I loved the turn this book took in the series. Not swinging singles, but real life situations that showed how sexy and seductive responsibility can be. Parenting isn't glam and glitz all the time, but find the right partner and it can be off the charts sextastic! 4.5 stars and a total recommend! -FMR Book Grind

By far my favorite in the series... Max is perfection!
By far my favorite in the series. I am 100% in love with Max Alexander. Bad boy (check), tattoos (check), single father (ovaries exploding – check), sexy as sin (check), dirty talking alpha male (check), and of course forbidden relationship (check). Yep no doubt this book is PURE PERFECTION!!!!Max isn’t into commitment at all. He only has flings for a bit then moves on with his life. He has a successful career with no burdens tying him down… what more could he need? Enter surprise #1 – a daughter Max had no clue about. Now Max is thrown into to role of being a single parent while trying to focus on his job as well. It’s time for Max to hire some help enter surprise #2 – Addison.Addison is coming out of a bad relationship. She needs to move forward with her life and focus on her career. When she sees the full time nanny ad she knows it’s perfect. When she meets Max’s daughter, they instantly fall in love. Everything is perfect… she just has to keep her hands off the sexy single father with the sexy as all get out tattoos.I adored both Addison and Max. And of course Max’s daughter is a doll! The sexual chemistry between Max and Addison is off the charts. These two have it so bad for each other it’s only a matter of time before someone gives in. Who could it be? This book goes down as one of my top reads of 2017!! I devoured it in one sitting, and I will be going back for more!

Okay read
Addison is still reeling from the unexpected blow her ex boyfriend has dealt her. She's not only humiliated that her ex is gay, but she's now homeless and jobless.Max is your typical one night stand only bachelor, until the night an ex drops off an unexpected package...his one year old daughter, Dylan. Suddenly, Max is stuck with the ultimate responsibility, being a single parent.Quickly looking for a nanny, Addison fits the bill as Mary Poppins, 2.0. She not only has a degree in education (sort of), she bonded instantly with Dylan. The fact that she's hot hasn't escaped Max's notice, either. So what do you do when you have the hots for your nanny, but your last relationship lasted all of three months, and neither party was into each other besides the regular sex? Well, if you were Max and Addison, and were equally in lust with each other, you'd go for it, despite interferences from outside forces. While this was a very quick read, I couldn't connect with Addison. For most of the book, she acted as if she was still in middle school, drooling over her latest crush. At one point, I was expecting her to pass notes to her best friend, extolling the virtues of Max. I understood why she was hesitant to start something with anyone, especially after her disastrous last relationship, but grow up!Max was slightly better, but not by much. Their past histories were touched upon, but never delved further than Max was raised in the Army, and joined up, and Addison was raised by a single mom who works for the CDC.There was also an office assistant of Max's who clearly had had a one night stand with her boss, and felt that she deserved more, and was a constant thorn in Max's side, as was Jenn, Dylan's mother. She, too, felt that raising a daughter wasn't worth it, unless Max came with the deal. The rushed ending bothered me, because I felt that these characters barely knew each other, had sex a few times, and then HEA, the end. I think if the author had taken more time to fully develop these characters, and had them spend more time actually getting to know each other on more than a superficial level, I would have enjoyed this more.

Another triumph from this talented author
Max used to be in the military but when he left he set up a construction company , with a lot of hard work and decent co workers working for him the business is starting to pick up . Apart from working hard Max plays hard giving him a reputation as being a player . On his way home one night with a girl he’s just picked up at a bar he finds his ex waiting for him in his driveway holding a baby ,It turns out that baby Dylan is the result of their failed relationship the previous year ? . Max is quite shocked to discover that he’s a father to a Dylan , but he is also angry that not only did his ex keep him in the dark regarding the pregnancy from now on she wants nothing to do with their child so she leaves him literally holding the baby . Without hesitation he steps up to the mark and sets about trying to juggle child care and running his business but of course he realises he needs help in the shape of a live in nanny . Enter Addison the nanny he hires to look after Dylan but from their first meeting it’s obvious that both are attracted to one another and soon they give into their attraction and it becomes very hot and steamy . With his scheming jealous PA Tiffany will there be a HEA ?...... I’ m not saying ,but what I will tell you is that if you read it you will not be disappointed .

There nothing sexier than a hot, sexy, successful single dad! Max Alexander is this and a whole lot more. He need a nanny for his adorable little baby girl and Addison comes along to save te day. This is a great story and as all of Kendall's books is really well written and flows beautifully. Sexy, interesting and just enough angst to keep you on your toes.

The house mate
Ooooo I do love the single dad and the nanny combo. Both want each other. Both sexually frustrated. Both trying to hide their feelings and put little Dylan 1st. But the attraction is to strong and boom. Fireworks. Loved it. Wicked story line.

I absolutely loved this story about Max and Addison. There is always that part were it ends up do they or don't they and can be over the top but in this hot love story it isn't. There relationship is hot and sweet and the relationship with Addison and Max's baby girl is so sweet too. I highly recommend its a good read I loved it.
