I was a bit dubious about getting a balsamic glaze from Amazon, don’t know why but there you have it. I was bed bound so had to order supermarket online but forgot the usual one. This said next day & had good reviews. The reviews are for good reason, it’s the perfect consistency, not too runny & tastes amazing, perfect balance. I’d highly recommend this to try & rebuy!

Purchased this due to my bruschetta obsession burning a hole in my pocket, so I decided to start making it at home. Couldn’t find a decent glaze in the shops hence the Amazon purchase. Pros ✔️ thick, glossy texture ✔️ rich and sweet taste, great to compliment salads, pizzas, pasta and of course bruschetta ✔️ authentic taste of Italy Cons ✖️rather small bottle for the price, but was glad to sample a smaller size and will look to purchase larger in the future. A worthy investment! ✖️very thick texture and rather large spout makes drizzling difficult
