No but I would like to know. I thought is was US but not sure

Would freezing some water in these before using them for the first time get rid of any slivers of metal people are seeing in the popsicles?

I never tried that. What I did do was put them in the dishwasher before I used them. I've never had a problem with the metal slivers, maybe I was lucky. I hope that helps :)

what is the capacity of each mold?

I was going to answer this and I found that others had already done so. Seeing the varience in answers, I could not resist learning what my measurement would be. I found, after filling a single mold to the brim, excluding the displacement from any sort of stick, using tap water, the capacity to be 100mL which in ounces is somewhat more than 3 and a little less than 4 ounces.
