Outer Record Sleeves for 12 Inch Vinyl Records (10, 12 Inch Oversized)

These are very think clear sleeves for your albums. These fit over the outer cover. They are designed for albums that consist of a single disc only, and fit tightly. They do not fit gatefold covers, nor do they fit double LPs. The sleeve quality is excellent. The plastic is very clear so you can see everything on the jacket clearly, and they are substantial. They definitely provide far greater protection than the typical thin sleeves. I will definitely be purchasing again when I need more.

The crystal clear sleeve provides great protection and allows you to display your record art with pride. I hate purchasing records that have great cover art (like mondo, waxwork etc..) and then having to encase them in murky sleeves. Groove Vinyl has solved this problem. As far as fit these fit double lp gatefold albums very nicely and if you had to they will even fit your single lp's (but it wont be as snug). They do sell a single lp sleeve as an option for that. All in all im very happy with my purchase, the price is higher then most sleeves but you immediately see why once you get them. Its worth it. Also, their customer service is top notch, i spoke with a man named Shawn about some questions and issues i had before purchase and he was very helpful. I took some "quick" pics that dont do the sleeves justice, but wanted to show the fit with a mondo single lp gatefold and a double lp gatefold (tron legacy)

These are exactly what I was looking for. Tight fitting, thick and clear cover for my vinyl records. I would have given 5 stars if not for the price. They are too expensive in my opinion. Also note, these are for single LP records ONLY. They will not fit any double records or 180G or anything even close to oversized. They slide on perfectly tight to regular records and look incredible. My only regret is that I did not find these before re-covering all my vinyl a couple months ago. Excellent product but a little overpriced.

Product is not usable because sleeves arrived "wadded up" - will not lay flat. Product has "New Shower Curtain" odor - which would probably dissipate after a few days off-gassing. Bought these because "Ultimate Outer 5.0" [50 Pack @$21.99] from Sleeve City was on backorder. Sleeve City [sleevecityusa dot com] product is MUCH better quality (and useable). Costs WAY less (and doesn't stink). Reordered today from Sleeve City (back in stock!). Should have waited.

I got the combo pack because I only needed a few standard an 2 oversized one, anyway they both fit great they are nice an thick as well. The only reason it dont get 5 stars for me is that there isn't a flap to fold into the protector that would of made these 5 stars but I just taped the lip down so no dust will get in. They really are amazing vinyl protectors and at a reasonable price. I would defenintly recommend these. They standard one will fit a single vinyl with no gatefold but it will fit a single vinyl with a gatefold very tightly. The oversized fits my double album vinyl with gatefold perfectly. Hope my review helps anyone trying to buy these. (UPDATED) To my surprise the company read my review and and saw how taped down my lip and sent me out the same pack I purchased only with a flap so I didn't have to take it down. Truly a customer friendly company they defenintly surprised me when I came home to another package of vinyl sleeves. So I take my 4 stars an give them 5 because other than me taping the lip that was my only issue an now I don't have to use tape with the new ones they sent!!!

Re: 'oversized' ones, overpriced yes, but not oversized enough. Barely much larger than standard sleeves and didn't really serve the purpose I was hoping for which is larger items like 3lp, 4lp, or some larger 2lp. Material is odd, like an inflatable pool toy, durable yes, BUT so thick and stiff and sharp that they could potentially do more damage than protection to the jacket.

These are very stiff and not soft to the touch like polyethylene. The package came with the one of the top corners bent and rolled. They are nice and clear as described, and I think that will hold up over time compared to some of the poly sleeves I have. Along with the clearness I think that these will hold up with no rips or tears that some thinner poly sleeves will get. I like to put my records in the sleeves with the opening to the top, these will not allow for that when the record is larger than 1/4" wide at the spine.

Definitely my favorite vinyl plastic sleeves so far. I've tried the Vinyl Styl sleeves and most of them felt baggy except for multi-LP, gatefold jackets. These are very clear, really allowing you to see and appreciate album artwork and the spines are easy to read when they're stacked or on the shelf. (As opposed to baggy sleeves where you can't see the spines easily and they're "swimming" in the baggy sleeve.) And since they fit well, it's relatively easy to take the record out without having to worry about the jacket coming out of the plastic sleeve. It remains to be seen how these will hold up in the long term. But overall, the quality of the sleeve is great. The only thing that holds me back from buying more right away is the price. You do get what you pay for.

Without exception, these are the best record sleeves available. Previously made with a flap, these open ended sleeves are perfect for regular use. Flapped version is ideal for long-term storage. Five mil plastic is thickest, clearest on the market. Quality plastic should not yellow or crack over time - they are just soft and pliable enough to feel good in your hands. Did I say crystal clear? Groove Vinyl has a winner here, if they’d only make some more.

I'm using them for 2 years. Somewhat expensive, but probably the best outersleeves you can buy. Very heavy and crystal clear. You can fully enjoy the graphic on the sleeve. It also makes your older LPs look like new! This format fits most single LPs. For double album and thick gatefold use the "Oversize" format. I would suggest putting them on a 12-inch deep shelf as they tend to stretch slightly over time. Made in Canada!
