High quality heating pad
This heating pad is made with quality material. The plastic is not soft so it doesn't curl it stays flat. I've returned several other brands of heating pads because they curled up on the ends and wouldn't stay in place behind my back. Also the lowest heat setting is nice it doesn't heat right away. Also love the 2 hour auto shut off.

fabric paper thing and uncomfortable.
Their pictures make this look like the heating pad has plush surface. It DOES NOT, the fabric is paper thing over hard plastic. I could literaly see through paper like fabric. Awful.

It works well.
It does work well. I like that it has an automatic shut off. There is no smell. This is my second one. My older one was starting to not work because the edge at the bottom would start to curl because I needed it somewhat upright for my back to lean on. But it is one of the most reasonably priced heating pad...and a lot of the other ones are too big. So, I ordered it again. It does seem like the edges are more rigid than the previous one... so maybe it won't curl as much. I like the multiple settings.

If you're used to the ones from Sunbeam this is really thin (like a sheet), not very soft, and and lower quality. More than others I've tried, be careful not to burn yourself. Add another layer between you and it!

Useless product
Didnt expect this quality product. It is not getting warm even & not effective at all. There is no difference in heat levels.
