With so many personalized jewelry suppliers on amazon, I can tell that I found my treasured one, first of all the necklace keep it’s tone for a long time, and didn’t change color in any way, Second, I’m so happy with the quality, it’s sits on perfectly and not itch my neck and it include lovely velvet gift pouch. The name is easy to read and it came so fast, just impressive for a personalized jewelry.

I ordered this necklace for my Mother for Mothers Day. It appears to be good quality, but I have no idea if it is solid sterling silver because there is no 925 stamp on the necklace. It's very pretty and dainty. My Mom is 88 and may have difficulty putting it on - the clasp is VERY tiny.

Quality of necklace overall very good. Actually much nicer than I expected for the price. Took much longer to get than I had hoped it would. Suggest when you order you consider the length of your name adds approximately an inch to overall length of necklace. If you want a necklace that falls 16", order the 14" chain and you shoykd end up about 15". I ordered 16" chain but my necklace hangs at 17+". Will be ordering gifts.from this vendor for friends/family.

The BEST customer service ever! Originally ordered a customized necklace and the font that was used made the item difficult to read. I contacted the business and they responded immediately, understood my concerns, and promptly sent a beautiful replacement. Also, great quality! - One happy customer!

So disappointed...not only is it horribly dingy and dirty looking, but the clasp sticks open, which would make it useless even if the clasp DID fit around the “extension links” provided...Looks like something they found laying on the floor wherever they made It.
