Taste
It has a very strong taste like a whiskey 😁I like this product as it's taste and smell like a pure olive oil. It's expensive than so many other olive oils but it's what it's with quality products.I use this oil only on Salads or in the breakfast... Not for cooking or to add on foods. I prefer to taste it pure.
