I got 4 of these mugs in total. The first one was clear and bright. The second one had a smudge at the front of the "bus", the 3rd one was as fine as the first. The fourth one had minor smadges here and there but will do as a souvenir. The mug is nice, good size and steady, idea is lovely, the quality is random but never too bad.

Beautiful mug, but stickers suggest that it is dishwasher safe, so I popped it in and as you can see, the bus destination and number has been damaged!On closer inspection on the box, despite the dishwasher sign not being crossed out, and thus suggesting that it is dishwasher safe, it does say "Not dishwasher safe" - very disappointed by these unclear instructions resulting in damage to this mug.

Bought this as a gift for a big tea and coffee drinker, who now won't use any other mug. Highly recommended.

Very small which was a disappointment. I bought it as a gift for a male bus driver and he likes an extra large cup of coffee. This is a 'normal' size mug if not slightly smaller and enough for a few mouth fulls. The mug itself had paint smears on it. I gave it to my local charity shop.

After unpacking and rinsing with hot soapy water i made a cup of tea when i had finished i noticed that the inside of the cup was badly stained under the crazed glaze. It took two days of soaking with bleach and water for the stains to disappear. I haven’t used it since.
