Helps most of the time, but not always

It works okay. Maybe something is really wrong with my knee but the relief is only minimal. I've been using it about two weeks and it does help, just.. not much. For context my knee hurts all the time, whenever I use or move it in any way and sometimes when I don't move it. There's a hard knot on the front of my right knee and that's the one I used this one for. So maybe it works for something less... Structurally wrong?

The product smells good I didn’t feel any pain relieving at all idk if I have to bathe in it ? I did put a generous amount on and it got a little cooling feeling but that’s it . No pain relief 🥲 I was hoping this would work with the product statement and the reviews.
