M size diaper pants, comfort and easy going for elderly persons. Little tough to wear them compare to diaper pads but more protective and leak proof than pads, thats for sure. Material is good and soft.

The fit is loose. Although it says medium (30'-40'), it is very loose for 34' waist sized person.The absorbency of the product is laughable. A child's diaper would probably hold more liquid than this does!! The diaper fills up within 3-4 hrs, not 8 hrs as claimed! And thanks to the loose fitting, it leaks through all the sides.This is the first time I am using a pant atyle diaper and am thoroughly disappointed. The tape ones are much better. Atleast they can be tightened to ensure no leakage and absorbency and liquid retention is a lot better.Never again would I go for the Kare Meds pant style adult diapers. Absolutely disappointed by the product!

I got this for my bedridden father. It's as thin as paper and leaks from the sides soiling the bedsheet. Also smells horrible. Please buy some other brand of adult diaper.
