Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal T-Style 3 3/4 Wide 5 1/6 "T" (18')

This was perfect super easy to install. I was able to do it by myself. It would’ve been easier with a second person, but it got the job done.

Arrived promptly and exactly as described. A perfect fit for my 8' Clopay style garage door which had the rarer 5/16" T style and a 3' wide vinyl seal which had shrunk 4" and created a gap. This rubber seal is much more pliable and the 4" width provided more overlap and coverage. I left 4" and tucked it in for the future if this one shrinks. Make sure you measure the T size as a 1/4" T will not fit properly in a 5/16" T and will fall out. Good thing I cut out a piece of the old seal and measured it properly before ordering as I thought that a 1/4" would fit since it is smaller. A verifying call confirmed that a 1/4" will not fit tightly enough to stay in a 5/16" T channel.

Excellent bottom garage door seal replacement. Easy to slide into place, keeps windblown rain and trash from enteringgarage. Attractive price, Took about 20 mins to slide old seal out and new seal in.

Fit well, held up well. Only concern is how easy it was to cut off at the end. This makes me wonder about the long-term longevity of the seal. I guess I might be able to update this review in a few years.

After our previous seal got ripped we put off getting a new one since we thought it was going to be a challenging task. Finally we bought this and install took all of 5 minutes!! Great product

Update: 2nd purchase- 5+ years later, finally replaced. I live this product.I used this to replace a very old, dry, cracked rubber seal. The old one was pulled out in piececes. I cleaned the area lightly and sprayed a soapy water mixture along each t-track. The new piece slid more than halfway- about 11 feet,before I needed another helper to pull it while I fed it through the track. I cut the remaining overlap and closed the garage door. The seal is perfect. Not one gap and nowhere for critters to enter/exit. Love this product. I hope it’s still around when I need to replace it again.

As many suggested, use a little lube to help slide this in place. It did require a second person to help, but that was to make sure it fed through both tracks correctly. Other than that, this installed in about 15 minutes and now my garage is sealed. No chance of any critters sneaking in through an opening.

Very easy install, perfect fit.Worth the money for sure.
