This stuff saved my life while cruising through rough seas avoiding a hurricane near the Bahamas. Follow directions chew one to two tablets daily till you don't need them any more. This prevents motion sickness, nausea, weird headaches & more. I got the 16 tablet foil punch out package. This will last you 10 to 16 days depending on how many you have to take. I suggest 1 pill at first to see how you react & feel. Talk to your Dr. about other meds you're taking for no drug interaction. It works extremely Well. No stickiness, no bad taste. No side effects for me. The strength can be adjusted read the label. This was perfect for my 7 day cruise & I will use these again.

This is hands down my go to motion sickness item. I used to work on cruise ships and so many of us used this the first couple days we would join. It is non drowsy for the most part. I am sensitive to medications so I noticed a difference but not near as tired compared to other medications. I take it as I am boarding and by time the ship is ready to sail it is in my system. I have also used this for other smaller vessels or motions sickness in cars and planes at times and it works well. It lasts for me about 12 - 16 hours. It's easy to use, just slip under the tonge and let it dissolve. It's small and it dissolves quickly. The taste isn't horrible and the nausea relief is pretty quick. I find it works best if you use it before you start feeling nauseous but does provide some relief if you use after you have started feeling nauseous. Pro tip: When on a cruise I take the next morning 30 minutes before I get out of bed and start walking around. That way it's in my system before I start moving around.

I went on vacation and forgot my vertigo meds which I take on a flight but this time I almost blacked out. I bought some Bonnie and they worked better than my vertigo meds and without getting drowsy. Bonnie is a win win for me and made it through 2 flights on the way home. I recommend Bonnie.

These work perfect for motion sickness and nausea!!!! They are a little chalky but works pretty quickly. It’s the only thing that helped me. I also take before I get on a plane and they easily pack well in carryon. Highly recommend these.

Overnight ocean trip life saver. Also saves me for IMAX movies and reading on road trips. Since the age of 4 I have barfed on roadtrips. I tried Dramamine as I got older but it did not work and I always had to sit infront of bus and stare at road for HS sport n band trips. Tried bonine as an adult and it 100% works. Even three days on a small yacht trip in PO I took one pill AM n PM.

We got these for our family for our 6 day cruise I bought 2 boxes! They worked perfectly and did not make you drowsy I would buy them again and both my kids who are teenagers did not fuss about them.
