Review: Mattress is about as flat as an airline pillow. - I gave it 3 stars only because of the misleading picture with the girl laying on the mattress. Fact is, she is photoshopped in, the mattress flattens out, there is no humanly possible way for anyone to float on that cheap mattress. I bought it for my wife as a gift and was totally embarrassed when she laid down. Absolutely no comfort in the mattress, same with or without it. Like I said, it appears to be solid and well made, but find your own cushion and use this one for packing material for things you don't really care about. Oh, and it came in a vacuum sealed pouch about a quarter inch thick. At first I thought they sent the wrong pad, because it was folded over several times. Think about that, that entire mattress compacted into less than a half inch thick. I'll find her a quality mattress to make it right. Was it worth the money? Not really, but if it lasts more than 5 years, then it was worth it.

**Q: Does the headrest fold to be level with the cot or is it always elevated?**
A: It folds to be flat but you will think you’re breaking it-it’s so hard to do.  But we lay our flat and it locks into that position.

**Q: Can the head rest be tilted up completely? 90 degree angle, I need a shorter length it might work if headrest tilted at 90 degrees!**
A: This cot did NOT tilt 90 degrees.

**Q: Does it come with mattress?**
A: The two  I purchased did not. However, they have color options and mattress options available. Look at the color choice section. You can also get cot mattresses just about any where on line.

**Q: Does anyone know of a camping cot like this for old people who can't get up from 11 inches good?**
A: I would be careful I’ve had it collapse before with people trying to get on or off it. It’s not worth the money in my opinion I ended up throwing mine away in less than a year and we didn’t even use it consistently before the pins started to fall out.

This cot is sturdy but the topper pillow is not comfortable at all. It’s like lying on a flattened pillow. It does fold nicely for storage and it’s easy to fold up but the legs stick so you need to push them a little. Cannot be done one handed by any means.
