Bubble Panel Wall Mount Hanging Water Fountain 500WM Bublewall (Silver with 44 Key Wireless Remote)

The channels (bubbles) work for a few days or weeks but then a channel or 2-3 stop functioning (bubbling) after a while. Their tech support is great but dont get the wide version get the (verticle1) you need to algeside and change water periodically by taking it off the wall and draining it in a tub...then refilling thru a small tube on the top. Also, the mv500 brushed aluminum cover is only about 3/64" thick so it dings and bends too easily when you take it down from the wall.. SO If it doesnt work within a week or so-I say RETURN it because you'll waste time with cleaning, changing bubbler wands, algicide, etc till its no longer returnable... three stars is because of great svc.. 2 star quality

Not all our channels were working properly. We tried changing some of the tubing. The company sent us a new pump. We changed the location of the pump and finally we were changing the length of the tube from the pump to the device. This is when we discovered a little check valve in the line. We got a new one from an aquarium store for $5. We have bubbles galore!! It works better than when we first set it up. If the company had suggested we check that when we first called them it would have saved us a lot of heartache and frustration. But now we're happy happy happy

The lights have completely gone out making the use worthless. I've tried to contact the seller and have not received an answer. The lights should not have gone out this soon. No use taking a picture or video because all you see is blackness and the sound of bubbles. I previously purchased this product from someone else and it lasted longer. My rating for this product is one. I might as well through in the trash. The only reason I purchased this as a replacement is because my previous one cracked during cleaning. I'm extremely disappointed.

The panel came dented and I had to pay $33.00 to send it back. I didn't order a new one

Really love this bubblewall.I’d recommend using gloves while installing to avoid staining the finish and sharp corners on the frame. Great company to deal with too. Very responsive to questions.

The media could not be loaded.  Great Packaging , Easy Installation, High Quality and Beautiful ! Love the mobile app that allows to control the colors remotely along with many cool pre set programs for all different events :)

The air pump came separately in another package everything now working perfectly
