Is it fit Tesla Model 3 2022?

Yes, I believe that this frame will fit your model 3 2022 Tesla. Note: the predrilled holes measure approx 2.5" from very edge of the frame (ish, its a roomy hole) and 7" to the fellow hole. Also Note that when installing, make sure the black washer cups the top of the screw when you put thr screw thru, attaching frame. This allows for the screw caps to snap into place properly. If you do not hear the snap.. it is not secured properly and will more than likely fall off at some point. I hope this helps!!

Can you place it on the front tag instead of the back?

I would think so as long as the plate is the same size as a license plate. My car doesn’t have holes in the front bumper.

Have you noticed if any of the stones falling off?

Yes, after about year of installation went to change my tag and I have 7 stones missing. I think that’s pretty good after many times going through the automatic car wash.
