Highly Absorbable

I've been taking these calcium supplements for almost five months and my labs just came back excellent. I'm very happy. (I reduced to two tablets twice a day so my Vitamin D doesn't go too high per my primary doctor.) A little difficult to swallow after surgery even though I was used to taking quite a few pills at a time. I have to take these one at a time with two sips of water.
