I used these in my vinyl fence door latch mounts. The fence installer did not put an adequate lug in place and I had to replace all the inserts. These went in and, using the install tool (search for it...it's worth it!), inserted these very quickly and securely. They hold the bolts securely. A huge improvement.

I had to modify some railing I purchaced because the spacing did not work for my stairs. I need to relocate the threaded inserts and move the poles on the handrail. They worked great.

I purchased thest to install shower grab rails on fiberglass tubwalls. They have enough surface behind them to support the weight you need to put on them to maintain your balance in the shower. The biggest challenge is keeping the expanding base from spinning while you tighten the screw to spread the base. I found medium sized vice grips worked best. But you need to be extra careful so you do not damage the fiberglass outside of the flange and cover

To secure folding tables in the hollow walls of most trailer RVs, a special type of molly is required. The molly needs to be of appropriate length, otherwise, it can pierce the exterior of the RV. These special mollies fit tightly and securely without exceeding the required length.

This product fits the bill. You will definitely need the recommended installation tool. At least I did. I tried just screwing it down and it would just spun in place. The installation tool made it easy.

After you insert the piece into the hole you drilled, the screw is turned to tighten. But nothing stops the whole thing from spinning in the hole (without getting any tighter). I used pliers to hold it. Probably needs a cleat.

Nice to have these top connectors for house or automotive needs when you need a good anchor point. However do not use in plastic.

These hollow wall anchors work well to remount an ABS spoiler to my car that the original flange nuts that were molded in had broken out. With the outer diameter being 10mm I didn’t even need to drill out the holes

They work as expected and I have used them to mount a mailbox on a post made of sheet metal. Two things to keep in mind: - Since this is a short M4 bolt, most petal nut pliers cannot get a good grip. I needed to use a longer M4 bolt and a washer to fasten it, then swap for the original bolt when mounting. - The dowel itself is made of aluminium which is somewhat soft. If you do not thread the bolt straight and with moderate force, you can break it rather easily. Durability after mounting is fine though.
