Can't miss taking every day
These are what I've been taking for the last 4 years. I ran out for a couple weeks and started feeling blue and slowing down, once I restarted these vitamins I felt "normal". I never realized until then how important vitamins were for not only physical well being but for also one's mental health. Yearly my Dr runs labs that cover nearly every vitamin and im always within or a bit over specifically D and B. With having had a sleeve, these are great results
