The input frequency would be the frequency that the repeater listens to and the output Freq is where you radio listens to. Example 462.550 Input 467.550 output. GMRS uses a standard 5 MHZ split on repeater channels. Radio to radio you talk and listen on the same frequency. Hope this helps. Plenty of YouTube videos on this subject.

Yes there is. Head over to Radioddity's site. Go to Support and download the latest Software and Firmware package for the Radioddity GM-30. DON'T UPDATE THE FIRMWARE on GM-15 Pro. The latest Radioddity GM-30 software works quite well to program the GM-15 Pro.
