I finally found a milk thistle supplement without cheap fillers that most supplement companies use. My husband has fatty liver disease and through research on what may help, milk thistle is on the top of the list but not all supplements are created equal. Do your own research and discover what I did, do not purchase any supplements with magnesium stearate or other cheap fillers. Mortar and Pestle Herbs milk thistle is just what I was looking for, am very happy with this product and now I won't buy any other brand. It is also helping with my occasional acne.
