I was on Prozac for about two years back in the 1990s. One thing about antidepressants is they smooth things out but don't cure the core issues. A skilled therapist can help with the skills, while antidepressants can make the journey less stressful. Being on this supplement for almost a week, it reminds me of taking Prozac, but without the side effects. Being vitamin-based, it feels "cooler" on my system compared to pharmaceuticals. My therapist recommended the product when I told him I didn't want to be on an antidepressant. So far, so good.
