Munchables Strawberry Chew Necklace for Children, Adults and Teens - Sensory Chewable Jewelry

First off I don't know why it has a flavor star rating, it doesn't come with a flavor second off its been great for my anxiety and my love biting issue hehe I'm 19 and right now the only probably I have with it is remembering to put it on after taking it off for bed.

This necklace is so cute, my daughter loves it and it stops her from biting her nails when she has it.

My child has sensory issues and uses comfort items to stay calm and in control. Items she uses include chew necklaces. She's now a teen and doesn't to display that she's wearing a chew necklace. That's why she loves this one. The design is very "kawaii" as she puts it, anime, very much something a teen girl wouldn't be ashamed to wear. Everyone thinks she is just wearing a cute strawberry. She prefers to chew in private and says there is no taste, no smell, and this is definitely a harder chew. So if you have a child that can bite through the average chew necklace they will find this one much more difficult and will last longer. We both agree five stars because of the cute design for her age and that's tough and durable for longer use.

My adult daughter loves strawberries and cute things.I got this for her, because I thought she would enjoy adding beads and wearing it to fiddle with when stressed.She likes the smell .... I don't.She's an author and does a lot of cosplay and such ... fun addition to her supplies.

This chewable necklace is a great idea for children with sensory issues. It's a better method of self-soothing than chewing on toys or clothing. The necklace style means it's always close to the child, even if they turn to something else for a while.The silicone is firm, durable, and is holding up well so far. The strawberry is thick and is substantial for a child to hold onto.I like the breakaway clasp - it's the plastic kind that pulls apart easily. Easier to put on & off, and safer.

Friends of ours has an autistic child. He loves things that are on a long rope so he can shake it around. I also love that this is chewable because he also loves putting things in his mouth and chews on them.Nice bright color that attracts their eyes. Nice long, break away, rope so he can put it around his neck if he wants. And nice for him to chew and not worry about it not being safe.Fantastic idea.

The media could not be loaded. My kindergarten students have been using sensory chews for years, as an alternative to thumb-sucking, hair chewing, and the general habit of putting non-foods in their mouths. (So many tooth marks on the classroom pencils!)This Strawberry Munchable is actually for me! I have a new habit of grinding my teeth when I’m concentrating, and I’m using my new chew necklace as a safe, substitute behavior.The silicone is extremely strong (see my video) and there is no fragrance or taste.

My 8 year old has been chewing on her hair and shirts, so I thought this might be a good alternative. She loved the cute strawberry design and was excited to wear it, but in less than 12 hours there’s a piece coming loose, so we have to throw it away. She’s devastated as she loved it and I’m annoyed at blowing $10 on this. I would expect something made for this purpose to make through at least a few days, certainly more than one day. Save your money- wish I had.
