does this work for 2006 g37x?

I was not abel to use it did not work!!

Does this come with chip inside key? Does it work for 2011 Nissan Sentra?

The two Fabs I got I took to a locksmith and had programmed. It was a lot cheaper then a dealership. The Fabs do have keys inside and these have worked good for me so far
