Love this product Love the taste. It helps with dehydration and energy. I live in hot So. calif. I work outside 8 hrs a day. I snip off an angle pour into my water bottle. Give a quick shake. Drink one before starting work and throughout the day. Keeps me hydrated and energized. It’s a little pricey, but that has to be due to single packets. Worth the price for me due to convenience of keeping in my pocket to add to water bottle. I purchase 2 boxes at a time. A day later they are on the front porch. For this 72 yr old it’s just what I need.

After purchasing several small packs of the grape, I thought I had finally found a product that was healthy and would add flavor to my filtered water so I ordered 2 boxes. I drank one every couple of days and I notice that my shoulder hurt all the way from my shoulder blade up to the base of my skull that lasted several days. It would come and go. Not making the connection that it could possibly be this drink I started making the drink for my husband who works out and is healthy. About 4 days ago after have 2 nights of my shoulder/neck pain he mentions that he also was having bad muscle pain in one of his arms. So we decided to quit drinking the Ultima mix and neither of us has not had any problems since. So I can only conclude that it was the drink and will be tossing out the 2nd box as it been over 30 days and I can't return it.

Ultima gas been my go-to for electrolytes for several years due to the fact that it has the healthiest ingredients of most electrolyte powders. It is great for those of us following low-sugar diets. I love lemonade and raspberry, but grape is my new favorite flavor.

I was looking for a Gatorade alternative for my 17 year old when he is playing basketball. So many sports drinks have High Fructose Corn Syrup as their first ingredient (looking at you, Gatorade!) or are sweetened with Sucralose, I thought we’d give this a try. My son is a little on the picky side but he loves this grape flavor and I love the convenience of the single serve packets. At about 70 cents a packet, it’s still cheaper than the gas station alternatives and, in my opinion, much less inflammatory!
