Is the B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin or Cyanocobalamin? Thank you.

The nutrition list was updated to stop hiding the lies of the company. It's worthless, synthetic Cyanocobalamin, which our bodies cannot use & it deposits Cyanide in our tissue over time the more we use supplements that contain it. :( Their claims of real food forms are deceptive.

what is the name of the eye vitamin?

I'm assuming that you mean folic acid (folate). Vitamin B complex is not usually considered an "eye vitamin". I don't know the form of B-12 in the vitamins, but the manufacture indicates that the vitamins are from fresh local foods. I do know that cyancobalamin is made by chemical process and has put me in the ER. So far this brand of vitamins has not.
