can you 4 fletch arrows with this

This is set as a 4 fletch jig, not 3. I ordered it because you said it was set for 3 not 4.

does it do crossbow bolts

It would depend on the width of your bolts. I use mine on standard width arrows and there is some room for bigger shafts but couldn't say how much. Otherwise a great product. I love that you can replace the blades.

Will this handle Flu Flu vanes? size is 5 1/4"' inch

Yes it will handle 5-1/4" flu flu vanes. However it`s a straight fletch jig only, so keep in mind, it will not helical the vane. All the best!

Is there a left clamp for this? If not can you put a 2 degree offset? Is this 3 or 4 fletch or both?

There is a left clamp for this but you have to order it separately. It comes with a 1 degree offset not a two degree. It comes as a three fletch, but you can order a four fletch separately.
