I love this; as is the case with skin products, it may not work for you, but I find Cetaphil products to work for me well. It did have its reaction early on as my skin was introduced to zinc and sulfate that it contains, but afterwards, it did help. Rather shiny look on my face afterwards, which I didn't like, but a moisturizer fixes that if that is in your routine. Anyways, long-term use? It did make my skin clean, so would recommend.
