The media could not be loaded. 🧽 We use soda for cleaning duties in our household. It works great when applied to glass surfaces, such as the cooker door, with some distilled vinegar added for the chemical reaction that makes it fizz. Aside from being a very effective method, it is also a more environmentally friendly option than some kitchen cleaners.🧽 The quality is good compared to the generic bag of the chemical that I have been using recently, and there was no real clumping going on, which makes it easier to apply to the glass surface and spread out. This large bag is good value and should last a long time. The bag is resealable and should keep things dry. I noticed that quite a lot of powder had entered the part of the bag above the seal, and it would have been better if the seal could have been closed after the bag was filled at the factory. It is not much of a problem, but take care when opening. ✔️

This has been used for a number of things in my house from baking of bread to laundry to cleaning. You get a decent sized pouch which is re-sealable and the bicarbonate is a nice fine powder. I did laterbtransfernit to a tub as it's much easier to store in my house than a pouch. Works really well on all fronts

I have a problem. One of my neighbours cats keeps coming into my house and peeing on the floor, Sunday did it on the carpet for the first time. Here is the reason for the baking soda.Sometimes store-bought products for removing cat pee contain synthetic ingredients. If you’re all about the natural-product-life and going green, then you can absolutely remove cat pee odors naturally.A water and distilled white vinegar solution is going to be your best friend. Once you’ve cleaned the area with that, sprinkle baking soda, let it sit for a few hours, then vacuum. This is the most effective natural DIY method we can recommend. Plus, you can use it on pretty much all surfaces!I am going to give this a go, because I really don't want to cover the carpet with some sort of chemical, because I don't want my cat to be treading on the area covered in some enzyme cleaner.I am sure this is superb for baking, but I have a greater need the smell is terrible. Baking soda is so good fo cleaning, go on the web and look at all the hacks. I buy loads to do the housework with it.
