I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I returned the order and waited for the replacement. THEY DID IT AGAIN! So I am returning it and I just want a refund. I AM DONE! They are playing games. AGAIN I received a 14 inch frontal instead of the 20 inch I ordered. All of the bundles are 2-4 inches shorter than I ordered. They have a bunch of filler hairs from the top to the lower middle for thickness. And literally about 6-10 strands of longer hair to try to make it seem that you are getting hair longer than it actually is. It's unacceptable!

I’m giving this hair 3 stars because of the thinness of it, when the hair arrived it was very soft but very thin. Didn’t really hold a curl at all. After a week it’s starts to shed and tangle . It has a a lot of fly aways and extra fiber in it . I did a half up half down with the hair first before switching it to a ponytail. I obviously knew this hair wasn’t going to last forever but I just thought it it would’ve been more full.Update: after 11 days my hair is starting to tangle. The 20 inch is causing most of the tangling . Minimum amount of shedding

The quality of this frontal is very nice, I'm wearing it now with my sew-in,.The problem, is with the length. I've been frauded.I ordered 18".. and yes, I know that it's 18" stretched. (I've been wearing wigs and sew-ins for more than 20 years..my hair always looks good.)After installing the frontal, I noticed that the hair barely reached my chin.. and when stretched it barely reaches my shoulder. I pulled out my measuring tape and the hair onthis frontal is 14 inches in the front and barely 16 inches towards the middle STRETCHED. Not one single part of this lacefront is 18", none of it. I have 20 and 22 inches in the back of my hair and the change in length is JARRING. My head looked crazy.. luckily I had a pack of true 18" length hair around and had to install on top of the lacefront closure to make the layers look somewhat normal. The hair on the frontal is so short that I can't even take two pieces of hair on each side and pull them back to meet in the back of my head. This is NOT an 18" frontal, even stretched, it is 14" and maybe 16" toward the top/back.The other problem with the frontal is the hair texture. This isn't wavy hair. It's borderline mongolian curly hair and regular curly. This isn't deep wave.I was very hopeful for this lace frontal closure for a sew-in as they're so hard to find these days. But this is a rip off...I will never order from this vendor again.

EXCELLENT FRONTAL !!! VERY SOFT PRE PLUCKED WITH BABY HAIRS!!! I WILL BE BUYING MORE HAIR FROM THIS VENDOR !!!

This is not 4 bundles of hair, this is 1 bundle cut up into 4. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I know, the longer the hair, the thinner the bundle, but this is just ridiculous. Do not waste your hard earned money, please.
