CAROTE 12 Inch Nonstick Deep Frying Pan with Lid, 5.5 Qt White Granite

I really like this pan - it replaces a similar pan that got daily (and I do mean daily - sometimes 2-3 times daily) for a couple years and is simply worn out. This pan is deeper -which i love - and a tad wider. It does not stick - it cleans easily - the lid id wonderful (my old one had a silicone ring on the edge and if it got close to the gas flame it burned in a few spots - I hated that lid!. anyway this one is heavier and better. The pan itself is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I am very pleased with it. I also like the black color as I don't like light colored pans or pots in my kitchen (they never stay that way).

These are the best skillets and pans , they are beautiful, truly non stick, heats evenly, and so easy to clean! I would absolutely buy them again!!! So glad I found them !!!!

This pan is awesome! It’s lightweight but super sturdy. It cleans up so easily and nothing sticks. You can’t beat it for the price! I wish I had bought it sooner!

The nonstick feature is wonderful. It is a dream to cook in and then to easily clean it. The food cooks so beautifully and evenly. I think the food actually tastes better in this pan. I cook everything in it. I just scrambled eggs today and they come out perfectly. I'm very happy with it. The size is great and versatile. I don't think of it as jumbo, but it's a good size for almost anything. I just love it!

Love these pans. Purchase a smaller set of 3 fry pans but needed a larger pan with a lid. This series is a dream to cook with and nothing sticks to the bottom. The pan distributes heat well and the flat metal bottom is smooth on my electric glass induction cooktop. Because there is metal on the bottom, the induction works well. I have a lot of steel pans and they are extremely heavy. This Carote pan and my others from this company are light weight and easy to handle. This pan has a lovely pour spout on both sides which is nice if you are left or right handed! Great design and should be durable. Love them!

I bought the 12.5 Inch Skillet Sauté Pan. Used several times already per manufacture's instructions. Note: This is not oven-safe, I wish it was, the reason for only 4 Stars. In my opinion, I don't think this pan is all that durable, I should have read up on it before purchasing. It appears the pan can easily damages by making minor mistakes, in other words, cooking on eggshells. Below are their instructions from their website. Before first use -Please follow the simple steps below to start your cooking journey- 1 - Wash the surface or pot in warm soapy water. 2 - Clean & dry the surface . 3 - Enjoy cooking with it. :) *No need to season the cookware as we have pre-seasoned it. Cooking -Carote provide exclusive uniform heat conduction- Because of the excellent heat conductivity of your pan, food and oil heat up very rapidly, so always cook on low to medium heat and please only use high heat for searing or browning. -Avoid dry heating- Do not let the pan burn dry without any food, water or oil. It may affect the non stick performance. -We recommend using oil or butter- Appropriate use of oil can well protect the performance of the non stick coating. We recommend olive oil or coconut oil as they are healthier and have a relatively high burn point to ensure stable non stick performance & perfect dishes. -Always give the oil a nice even rub onto the surface- On a diet? No problem! With its amazing heat conduction, only a little bit of oil is needed. The non stick also perform well. Utensils -Never use metal utensils- It's the best way to protect non stick coating. I've not cooked in it yet! I did just unbox and wow, this is a really great quality piece. You install the handle with the little piece of installation hardware and a screw, both provided with a screwdriver and it takes 30 seconds. Everything looks beautifully well made and very high quality. Deep lip, so this 6.5 qt pot can be used to make soups and stew also. Great multi purpose, and big enough to make stir fry for my family of 4 (including two adult/close to adult big guys). I'm really looking forward to using this, and it looks beautiful. Will update when I cook in it ❤️. But first impressions are that the coating is thick and high quality, the lid is a nice thick tempered glass, and the whole thing feels high end.

Nice quality and very easy to clean. Nothing sticks! They work great on any type of stove or cooktop. I have an induction cook top. So easy to clean!

It’s grand, really pretty good, but it’s a forever, massive shame that the lid doesn’t actually cover the pan fully. The pan has two side nooks, which may be handy for pouring or letting out steam (though one could just open the lid a bit for that), but the lid itself is round! So anything buggy could creep in, you can’t keep it fresh, in case you’d need to leave it to stand for a bit later. Now I have to fold tin foil between those pan bits and the pan each time I have some food left over. Not very handy or hygienic. I could put the leftovers in a tupperware & fridge it up, but life’s too short, and sometimes you just want to go back to the pan for lukewarm seconds. Anyway, first world problems. Apart from that, pico bello.

Cette sauteuse est vraiment bien, je ne regrette vraiment pas cet achat, je la recommande !!! Elle est légère, le revêtement anti adhésif n'as pas bougé (ca fait 1 an que je l'ai) je l'utilise 5 à 6 fois par semaine sur des feux gaz et par contre je ne la passe jamais au lave vaisselle.
