I hesitated at first because of the price, but finally pulled the trigger. I am SOOOOOO glad I did. Product is sturdy, beautiful, love the lighting options, and lives up to the billing. Well done.

There were some initial problems with a couple of the winders, but customer service was very responsive and took immediate steps to remedy the issue. Winder is working great now, suitable for all watches, whisper quiet motors.

The directions included and the directions in the photos of this product were not the right ones for the product when it was delivered. However the company was very helpful upon my request for assistance. The product works well now and is very nice looking.

I was given this watch winder as a gift for Christmas and has never worked. It looks nice, but it does not work. I have tried everything. Do not waste your money.

Very nice winder for the price,was skeptical as compared to other brands with the same number of winders,will have to wait to see longevity of motors. like others have mentioned it is very quiet and lookes really good with the lights on. The lcd screen is easy to understand and manipulate. I'm happy to say out of the box everything worked great and am very happy with it. For the negatives its miner as I find the key thin and flimsy but like I said very miner. I would definitely recommend it.

Disappointing!!! The box was defected. From the first day it kept on shutting down unexpectedly and even sometimes restarting repeatedly. Every time the box turns off or restarts it resets all settings… my guess is that the box power cable port/power jack was defected, broken or not connected firmly.
