**Q: Are these actual tube stockings or just fabric?**
A: These are not tube stocking material.  These are nylon tubes, like if you cut the foot and top off of a regular pair of nylons.  They are not as good a quality as nylons you would wear.  Better to buy from AliExpress.  It takes so long because most come from China.
