A go-to item for me. Price and quality are excellent.

Giving 5 stars because of the accuracy of the description BUT they are rather bland, in the future, will purchase salted or slightly salted if available. A little salt makes a big difference in flavor enhancement. Nice product if you want/like unsalted foods.

It deserves 0 stars. I also experienced the “burning” in my throat after eating the pieces. Some are shriveled and lots of them are dark-colored suggesting that they are old. Their taste is off too. Poorly shelled so there are pieces with chunks of the shell still on it. I’m just trying to save money but this is not worth it!

These cashews are fresh and tasty out of the bag. I roasted some at about 150-170 degrees using a thermometer. I takes 20-30 minutes in a frying pan. These are the small and broken pieces that you would expect at this price. Perfect for adding to cookies or whatever. I plan on using these in a lot of the things I cook. I put the whole bag inside another bag and will store in the fridge, to keep them fresh.

These are great for making cashew products but not for snacking on. I have ordered multiple times and flavor varies some are ok sometimes the color and flavor are off. I use them to make milk where the flavor difference isn't noticeable but that would not be the case if getting these for snacking.

There was a small hole near the bottom of the bag Maybe two or three maybe four cash you have were in the bottom of the box so I looked carefully but it was not a big problem. It was not a big break and I have packing tape on hand all the time. It probably just happened in the course of shipping it was no big deal. I won't take a star off for that this is a wonderful deal and they are quality. I'm satisfied. I make my own cashew milk and I also make my own cashew yogurt. I do live alone and so this will last me a while. It's also good to have on hand for a very healthy snack.
