I bought this Cuisinart 15-piece knife set because I wanted one complete set instead of having random knives from different brands taking over the kitchen drawer. The stainless steel design looks clean and modern, and the wooden block keeps everything organized and easy to reach. I also like that the set includes the sharpening steel and kitchen shears, so it covers more than just the basic knives. The knives feel balanced in the hand and came sharp enough for everyday prep like slicing vegetables, cutting meat, and handling general kitchen work. I definitely recommend using the sharpening steel regularly because even good knives need a little maintenance. The biggest improvement for me is organization. Now I actually know where the knife I need is instead of opening a drawer that looks like a culinary junkyard. 😂 Overall, a very complete, attractive, and practical knife set for everyday cooking.

**it has been 3 wonderful years with these knives and they're still as sharp as the day they arrived! I have had no need to have them sharpened, and honestly, I still have no complaints. They. Are. AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about these knives. I recently moved into a new house and of course needed to upgrade some items. First on my list was a good knife set since I'm a avid cooker. Despite some bad reviews, I went ahead and ordered these. First things first; they are SHARP. I can only cut with one hand and these bad boys slice through tomatoes like nobody's business. One handed cutters dream!! Second, they are GORGEOUS. I am beyond proud of displaying them. Third, they have a wonderful balance to them. They are durable, there is nothing flimsy about them!! I have had several knife sets, but these are my absolute favourite!! Some people were complaining about them rusting, and fair, that COULD happen. But if treated right, they wont do that. My number one rule is these do NOT go in the dishwasher. In certain circumstances, they don't even see soap. They are washed immediately after use, thoroughly dried, and returned to the block. Should spots appear, I use stainless steel cleaner. They are still as beautiful as the day I took them out of the box. They also have required no sharpening since I got them. If stored and taken care of PROPERLY, these knives will never need replaced. They are every bit what I had hoped for and worth every penny spent. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks and even to those who don't!!! If you want knives you don't care about or you'll throw in the dishwasher, these are not for you. Take care of your knives, love them, respect them, and they will deliver excellent performance time and time again.

I’ve owned several Cuisinart knives over the years, and this all–stainless steel set is definitely one of their winners. Each knife is forged from a single piece of steel, giving them a sleek, modern look and a sturdy feel. I’ll admit when I first saw the stainless steel handles, I assumed they would be slippery, especially when chopping veggies. Luckily, that wasn’t the case at all. They’re surprisingly comfortable, well‑balanced, and offer a secure grip even during longer prep sessions. The standout for me is the 7” Santoku knife (C77SS-7SAN-25K). It’s a Japanese style incredibly sharp, solidly built, and the longer blade length gives you great control. If you’re used to a 5" Santoku, it may feel a bit heavier and may take a little bit of getting used to, but once you do, it’s hard to go back. Like the rest of the knives in the set, this one arrives razor‑sharp and stays that way as long as you care for it properly. My next best favorite is the western style Chef's knife (C77SS-CF-25K) which is what most folks like including the chefs as it allows to cut a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. It has a curved edge("belly") with a pointed tip. My Third favorite cutting knife is the Slicing Knife (C77SS-SL-25K) which is specifically useful for slicing large cuts of either cooked meat or fish. It has a long, narrow blade with a pointed tip. I found this to be useful for cutting larger fruits like Watermelon, Melons or gourds etc. as the longer blade allows you to cut/slice them their vertical length. To keep these knives in top shape, here are a few care tips I personally follow: Use the right cutting surface: Stick to wood or plastic cutting boards. Harder surfaces like glass, stone, or metal will dull the blade quickly. Hand‑wash only: Clean with warm, soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Make sure the knife is completely dry before storing it. Avoid scraping with the sharp edge: If you need to move chopped ingredients, flip the knife over and use the back of the blade or a scraper. Store properly: Always use the included sheath. Storing knives loose in a drawer can damage the edge and create a safety hazard. If you follow these simple steps, these knives will stay sharp and serve you well for a long time. Overall, this is a great quality set that delivers excellent value and performance. Highly recommend!

These knives work well for my needs. I am not a great cook so I mostly use them for slicing veggies or bread etc. My only complaint is that when I keep them under the cabinets it is hard to pull some of the knives out due to the angle of the wood block. I did not have this issue with my last knife set. They feel nice in your hand with a good weight to them. So far they wash well and look great!

I have never purchased a set of higher end knifes before. First impressions are GREAT, these are by far the highest quality set ive ever held in my 26 year old hands. They are freaky sharp and have a great balance you really can feel in your hand, that hollow handle seems to do its job. I dont have a dishwasher so cant comment on how they hold up in there. Im hoping these will last for a while and i have a feeling they will. I will update if im proven wrong.

I have had these knives since 2018. They came with a decent edge but that was promptly ruined by some careless roommates. That said, once I was able to out a decent edge back on them, these knives have served me very well for years. With a quick hone every few uses, these knives have maintained a pretty impressive edge for a cheap set. They no longer are dishwasher safe as they have started to get small rust spots if run through the dishwasher. However, seeing as they've made it 7 years already, I'm happy to hand wash them.

Excellent Product my old set wire after decades. I decided to upgrade. These are sturdy, well balanced love the built in sharpener. Takes up very little space as compared to my old set decades ago.

Son de muy buena calidad! Muy bonito diseño, variedad de tamaños y muy filosos! Solo mi esposo que tiene las manos mas grandes que yo, comenta que los cuchillos de sierra (los 6 que estan abajo) estan muy chicos y un poco incomodos para agarrarlos - pero en general felices con la calidad y lo bien que cortan.
