So easy to use. The best water to use is deionized water but the 2nd best is distilled water. The jewelry I had to clean was super dirty and unworn for quite some time. Got this jewelry cleaner today and threw all of it in there. I had to run a few cycles of the highest setting because the jewelry was so dirty but actually got the job done. They came out spic and spam! Thumbs up on this little cleaner.

1. I wear retainer and I couldn't clean it to save my life and this gets all the gunk out. I feel clean2. It makes me happy knowing that once im done wearing my retainers, I can still use this machine to wash other stuff like jewelry etc. Multi-use for sure2. Everyone in the review section complained about the stain it leaves on the bottom of the cleaner, if you run it with baking soda and a table spoon of salt, it gets rid of all the gunk. Looks as new... you're welcome!!!! :)

Too small for glasses only good for jewelry

it's the best package because i can tell this is a 'brand new item', the way i see the electric cord is tied up, lol! i tested it yesterday, i was pleased--as soon as you pressed ON button, you will see a BLUE light inside the tank and according to the User Manual, there's a 5 minutes timer to clean an item and automatically, shuts it off. And also before you start to a new cleaning process, let the machine cool off, first. this is my first day using it for cleaning my eyeglasses using only less chemical dishwashing liquid from Melaleuca products (if you know this brand name)! i loved the petite size-- in mm: 226x130x118 (LxWxH); the tank material is a stainless steel; Made in China. i would recommend to empty the liquid after each used and dry it.

First, the product stopped working entirely after a year. Second, I don’t believe it cleans as it says it would without a cleaning agent added. This is a cheaply made product that takes up a lot of room on the counter.

I could see all the dirt coming off of my glasses and my wife's jewelry while the machine was vibrating. My glasses have never been so clean. This didn't work on my 4-year old retainer however, which is to be expected. The amount of build up on the retainer over the years was too much for this machine. I suspect this would keep your retainer clean if you start using the cleaner from day 1, but don't expect an old retainer to clean.

Purchased this to get a better clean for my invisalign trays. I don't use the basket, instead just drop it straight into the tank. I don't feel that it cleans as well when I use the basket. The cleaner was pretty quiet when I first got it, but now there's a very noticeable sound when i use it, so that's definitely something to keep in mind. Also, when I first got it, there's a weird smell that took a really long time to get rid of.

I got this for my mother and honestly I’ve used it more than her! It can fit a pair of glasses in it but not much wiggle room. However you can clean so much stuff and the proof is in the dirty water. I’d love to find one a bit bigger to clean my bigger items like phone cases, but over all great machine for the price!
