Screen is not scratch proof. I have been using this product since last months only and the screen already have scratches

The phone case is okay. The finger print reader sucks and is basically useless since it doesn't work and it just leaves a circle on the screen. The case doesn't really fit my phone properly on the top and I lost screen sensitivity there so I have to press hard to do anything. The only reason I'm putting up with this case is that it has a cover for your pen not to slip out when you drop your phone. Wish more phone cases had this.

I bought this product for my girland I after we upgraded to the note 10+. My girl who is a geotechnical driller gets a lot of ware and tear on the cases we purchase due to all sorts of dust, grease and mud. she previously had an otter box and got it replaced twice due to dust still finding its way in as well as the charger port cover continually snapping off or breaking. I can happily say that this case is doing the trick. Neither of us have had any issues thus far with this case. So far seems to be a quality product with a fair price. Thanks punkcase!

The case is actually waterproof which is a plus. The issue I have experienced. Was that the design makes it hard to access aspects of my phone at times. The worst was the area where my phone reads my fingerprint. After about a month it blocked the phone from reading my print. I tried cleaning both sides of the front of the case. But it was to no avail.

Put it on for the first day and it fell off the table and cut the screen !! Definitely not worth buying

Decent phone case for dust proof and water protection. BUT they made the charging port so small that I have to take the case off to charge my phone because my charger won't fit through the case.
