The only magnesium cream I would buy. Works like a charm. I sleep so much better when I put this on my feet and knees. And it’s worked on my painful muscles too!

I absolutely adore this product; this is my 4th purchase. I sleep so much more deeply with it (and am a light sleeper without). I've used the spray but prefer the cream because your feet don't feel 'crusty.' The effects of both are equally wonderful though. This time I'd let my product. run out for some time and was very disappointed when the pump did not work correctly, because I'd been desperately looking forwards to better sleep.... I called their customer service and received some of the nicest service I've had in years, as well as a very kind replacement bottle. Apparently there has been some sort of issue with storage for some of the products being sold through Amazon, and a percentage of the lotion bottles pumps are faulty. If you buy directly from them, you won't run into this problem. It is 10000% worth the hassle. I can't recommend the stuff enough! Easy application. I’ve been using at bedtime to relax and it’s been doubling up as post recovery from the gym. Noticeable difference in how relaxed my muscles and body feel after using.

I’ve been a fan of Ancient Minerals for a while and already loved their natural deodorant, so I was excited to try this magnesium lotion. What stood out to me right away is how clean and simple the formula is. There are no harsh chemicals, and it feels gentle on my skin. The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy or sticky feeling. I usually apply it in the evening on my shoulders, legs and feet, and it’s become a relaxing part of my nighttime routine. Update: After posting this review on Amazon, I was surprised to be contacted by the manufacturer for a refund on Jan 27, 2026. I informed them, yet again, that I’d emailed them directly Jan 19, 2026 through their customer support process on their manufacturer website and asked if anyone monitored that function. I also told them I’d already attached a photo of the lot number and date on the bottom of the canister with my first email when they requested that information again. After supplying them with the photo a second time via the Amazon contact method, I received word from the manufacturer rep that a credit for the purchase would be issued. ——————————————- Container failure on brand new purchase. Product would not dispense. Tried Internet searches on possible solutions to get pump working. No luck loosening using hot water, or priming pump, or hitting container on hard surface, or using straightened paper clips to push into holes on bottom to loosen seal. Sent email and customer support query to manufacture with lot number and date photo from bottom of can. No response. In desperation, broke into container with pliers and screwdriver. Scooped contents into clean glass jar. Maybe not as hygienic as original dispensing method but at least not a total waste. Will research another brand that’s easier to access…something with a pumping system that actually works.

My friend recommended this magnesium lotion because I suffer from restless leg syndrome, and I can tell the difference! Also, as a woman, this is a helpful product when on my cycle. Most people don’t realize how old magnesium deficient they are, but most of us do need more magnesium, and this is an easy way to supplement that into our bodies.

Okay I just got this and the pump didn't work. DON"T PANIC. HERE IS HOW TO MAKE IT WORK. On the bottome of the cannister is a very very easily removable white disc. Just take a knife and pop that off / I did it with my fingernail. You'll see inside is a hollow area and then plastic up in there. Just push the plastic up in there toward the top very gently until it stops. NOW the pump will work. I'm not sure if I'll need to put that piece inside up toward the top each time but that's okay as long as I can get the pump to work. I just got this for muscle spasms and I hope it will help. I will update after some time. Doing a skin patch test now just to see if it irritates. STAY TUNED... ....... 2 days later I'm fed up with this damn pump. See my photo a screwdriver some wire cutters and a hacksaw I finally got the damn thing open and you can see that I put all of the contents in a nice big jar. Why do they have to make it so difficult? See photos this took a lot of determination swearing and other people in my family saying be careful you're going to cut yourself! It was worth it though. What a shame to use such a crappy bottle. See for yourself------------ --------------------As for the product, it's legit. It tingles when it first goes on (that means it's working). Then my muscle spasms in my lower back get less bothersome. I can't say they go away 100% but it helps. This is a great way to get more magnesium into my muscles where it's needed.

what I do is, after it has absorbed all it can and a little stickiness is left on, I put a little Aloe Vera gel over the place I put the magnesium lotion and massage it in. Then there is no sticky feeling as the Aloe carries it all in through the skin. Aloe gets through all layers of the skin, so, in theory, it will take ALL the magnesium in deeper.

This is a rip off I used to get 8oz for the same money now only 5oz,will never buy again
